That’s the philosophy behind the Danny Mac Football Skills Camp. Danny McManus – a CFL legend - brings more than great skills and athleticism to the field. Renowned as a leader, respected by coaches and players, Danny teaches that character is as important as athletic ability.

In 2006, Neil Lumsden and the Drive Team joined forces with the Danny Mac Football Camp. The addition of another CFL great not only expands the technical side of the program, but also extends the reach of celebrity players, coaches and scouts who make up the coaching team at all of Danny’s camps.

On the field, young football players will learn how to improve their athleticism, footwork, mechanics, and execution. Beyond football drills, the camps also incorporate classroom segments enhancing analytical skills. Furthermore, the camps incorporate technology solutions to ensure each participant receives tools that will continue to teach after the camp concludes.

The Danny Mac Football Skills Camp has also launched High School Combines.  These combines give young football players a chance to showcase their skills to CIS coaches from across Canada, and allow these players a chance to take the next step in their football career.
